Tom N Toms Brings Korean Café Culture to Spring Branch

Houston just got a bold new addition to its coffee scene: Tom N Toms, Korea’s iconic café chain, has opened its first corporate-owned U.S. location in Spring Branch—and Henry S. Miller Houston is proud to have played a key role in making it happen.

The new flagship café is located at 4145 Gessner Road, and our very own David Kim, Senior Associate at HSM Houston, brokered the deal.

“As someone who grew up right here in Spring Branch, this project was personal,” said David Kim, who also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Tom N Toms America. “This location represents a blend of global quality and local pride.”

A Community-Centered Concept with International Flair

Unlike Tom N Toms’ previous franchised locations in Bellaire and Katy, the Gessner store is a corporate-owned flagship equipped with a full commercial kitchen, drive-thru service, and a completely reimagined menu. It’s also home to Egg Box—the brand’s new Korean-style egg sandwich concept featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, buttery toast, and savory add-ons like avocado and ham.

The expanded menu includes:

• Korean BBQ patty melts and burgers

• Breakfast burritos and crispy tater tots

• Premium coffee roasted in-house in Houston

In fact, with this opening, Tom N Toms has relocated its U.S. coffee roasting operations from Los Angeles to Texas, further cementing its investment in the Houston market.
