HOUSTON, TX — Book Off, a Japanese retail chain known for secondhand books, manga, games, and collectibles, has signed a lease at Ashford Village, located at 1801 S Dairy Ashford in Houston, Texas. Shawn Ackerman and Jason Du of Henry S. Miller’s Houston office represented the landlord, while Heather Nguyen and Arashi Murata of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant.
With the addition of Book Off, Ashford Village is now 100% leased. The new store will bring a unique cultural and retail experience to the area, catering to fans of Japanese media and pop culture.
